FLY AWAY

Have you ever looked up to the sky and wondered why,
Why can't I be that bird in the sky?
Why has gravity disallowed me the privilege to fly?
Why am I weighed down every time I try.

I suppose it is too much to ask,
From up there,
They look down and laugh.

This same issue,
Is recurring from the past.
I just wonder,
How much longer will it last?
