SPRINT PARADOX

It was a paradox to pay my Sprint bill.

Make sure this does not happen to you!

So I called them last month to increase the minutes on my plan, and they said they did it.

One month later, I get my phone bill which was over $300, and I ask myself, how is this possible?

They never adjusted my minutes as I asked and had no "notes" to indicate that I had called to ask them to change it. Meaning their Sprint Rep. totally blew it off.

So now, I am stuck with a bill. But in order to call to resolve this issue, it was using up my minutes.

So I already went over my minutes by 400 and to resolve the issue via phone (which took 50 minutes) I was using up more minutes simultaneously.


This is the phone company PARADOX.
